Exhibition Paul Delvaux, The Institut gallery

The Institut gallery presents from January 19, 2023 a selection of lithographs and etchings by Paul Delvaux (1897-1994). Paul Delvaux started engraving late, in 1960, when he was 63 years old. He was at the time, appointed professor of monumental painting at the l’École nationale supérieure des arts visuels – Brussels (La Cambre). He created his first etching, Bust of a Woman, while visiting its engraving workshops with his students. At the end of 1965, he executed his first lithographs. Event! La Semaine des Galeries Parisiennes de l’Estampe et du Dessin

List of participants and schedules Save the date! For this 4th edition organized by the CSEDT, “La Semaine des Galeries Parisiennes de l’Estampe et du Dessin” will take place from November 25 to December 4, 2022. Joint opening on Thursday, November 24 from 4 to 9 pm. This tour brings together members of the CSEDT who will offer visitors and collectors to discover works and artists from all periods.
