The Académie des beaux-arts launched the Mario Avati Engraving Prize – Académie des beaux-arts 2023 – last June.
Only a few days left to participate !

The winner will be awarded a cash prize equivalent in value to US $ 40,000.
The Prize rewards the work of an established artist of any nationality using traditional printmaking techniques such as intaglio, woodcut, lithography, serigraphy and monotype and gives rise to an exhibition of the winner’s works at the Palais de l’Institut de France.

The competition takes place in two stages: submission of an online application by July 27, 2023, followed by the submission of original works for shortlisted entries.
